Amy J. Rio is an ordained United Methodist minister and spiritual director and guide who enjoys reading, writing, the gifts of creation, family, and friends. Born in the mountains of North Carolina, Amy continues to feel a deep kinship with the Southern Appalachian mountains, even though she currently resides in the Piedmont of the state. She was ordained in 1991 and has served local churches in the Asheville area prior to entering college ministry. She currently serves as the Chaplain of Salem Academy & College in Winston-Salem. Amy is mom to two young adults.

Thanks Susan! We actually didn’t train Luna. Her family had to move to Australia when she was 4 years old, and my teenage daughter found out from a friend and begged us so that she could take the bunny. The litter-box training was definitely a plus in her argument! She does create less mess than the cats and dog 🙂
