What is spiritual direction and guidance? It is a time to meet with a skilled practitioner to explore the spiritual aspects of one’s life – where is the divine, what is one’s deep calling in life, how are we spiritual beings in our day to day world. Conversation, tools, and practices are provided to insights to life’s deepest questions.

I am a certified Spiritual Director and Guide from the Haden Institute in Flat Rock, NC.  I am also a member of Spiritual Directors International. I offer spiritual direction for individuals and groups virtually. I specialize in multi-faith perspectives, creation spirituality, the divine feminine, dream work, and spirituality and story.

$80 per one hour individual session ($60 for students & current Haden students)
group sessions vary in price

I am also available to lead retreats for churches and groups. Prices are negotiable.
